Email subject of ILMT Reports (not scheduled) should include report name

ILMT will send reports via Email. If the report is scheduled (date and(or/time) the repror includes the report name in tghe email subject.. If the report is not scheduled (e.g no of rows exceeds x lines) the report name is not included within the email subject.

The missing report name within the emal subject make it difficullt to sort the emaiuls using email rules with the mail programs,e.g. Outlook.
