Add explanation and action to errors in output of DiagnosticsMessages stanza (JSON format)

In the traditional diagnostics logs (often referred to as error-logs) there is an explanation of each error and suggested actions to solve the issue. From MQ v9 onwards it is also possible to have additional log stanzas; one of those is the DiagnosticMessages stanza, for which you can select different output formats (in our case JSON). However, the logmessages from the additional stanzas do not include the explanation and suggested actions. It would be helpful to add those.

    This is not something we would expect to add to MQ. One reason for that is the limited buffer space available for some of the potential output streams such as syslog - the additional blocks would overflow. You can use the mqrc command to get the extra information if needed.
