MQ WEB UI to display Cluster queues when an Alias queue is filtered

As organizations use MQ CLuster; there are a lot of Alias queue routing to a single/multiple cluster local queues.

Web UI should provide list of Cluster Local queue for the corresponding alias queue.

Example:

QALIAS on QM1 > DEFINE QA(A1) TARGET(L1)

QLOCAL on QM2, QM3, QM4: DEFINE QL(L1) cluster(cluster1)

And on the webUI, if we filter the alias queue name; then the UI should also display the QCluster Local queue. This provides the admin/developer about the endpoints.

And similar; if a Local queue is selected from a given qmgr; display all other Qlocal queue with same name and part of the same cluster.

This helps admins and developers to learn their environment.

Improves Customer Experience and Engagement. Also from security perspective it is easy to track and ensuring data is not lost or routed to the wrong endpoint.
