Make the prometheus exporter a supported component of IBM MQ Merged

I observed someone had asked here https://community.ibm.com/community/user/integration/discussion/mq-exporter-for-prometheus whether the Prometheus exporter for MQ was supported.

I have been pondering whether to use/deploy this for our MQ estate for a while but have been reluctant given there is no formal IBM support for it.

Making this a supported supportpac ( like IPT used to be ) or the ability to raise a support case against it would be highly desirable and would allow us to seriously move its deployment forward.
