Managed Identity Certification with Integration Server 10.15 and higher to support Azure Entra ID Authentication

It will be useful for the customers who have MFA enabled for the Entra Id's.  As this would need interactive session and the application does not work/support that way.

It will be beneficial for all the customers who want to use Azure Entra ID authentication

Both JDBC pool and JDBC Adapter should be able to connect to the Azure SQL database using Entra ID, specifically Managed Identity (both system assigned and user assigned identities).

The Connection URL used from the UI should be hidden and stored in the backend by encrypting any sensitive data to avoid security issues.
