Control MIME type for ActiveTransfer Web Client downloads

In the ActiveTransfer Web Client users can download files (obviously).

We have use case where we will be serving many PDF files to many users. There is no benefit to them downloading the files to their PC. In fact, it creates undesirable local copies of the files.

It would be nice if certain file extension were served with the proper MIME type and Content-Disposition header so that they are loaded directly in the web browser's viewer

E.g. for the file document.pdf, the following HTTP header would be returned

Content-Type: application/pdf
Content-Disposition: inline; filename="document.pdf"

After that, the user could still choose to save the file locally, but the default user experience would be better. Faster viewing of the files, no mess of risky files in the user's download directory

It would be nice to control which virtual folder roots or file extensions this applies for. E.g. one folder and subfolders we may want the inline viewing, while in others we may want the default download behavior.
