We need the ability to restart failed transactions.

Trading Networks via MWS allowed failed transactions to be reprocessed/resubmitted and via a custom UI, restarted which is what we did and preferred.

If we had mass failures, let's say due to network issues then it could take hours for our team to manually copy files back to their source location and in some cases that's not even possible if an external client and then our scheduled actions would pick them up again. Manual is needed because not all will always be able to be copied and processed at the same time so scripting all isn't the answer.  Varying recovery times and varying importance don't always allow for a mass reprocessing.
