Update Custom role using Admin reference APIs overwrites Project permissions if not provided in request, API Should have capability to append or overwrite project permissions as needed instead overwrite

This helps for missing project permissions if there are projects in huge number, which requires custom permissions.

Using Datapower Operational dashboard there is a good summary of the traffic volume however this is excluding traffic comnsumed by SFTP Poller Handler as this data is not logged by Datapower.
