Faspex coloumns can't be resized in packages view

iI you hide a column, all other columns re-size wider than the page and can't then be re-sized. Also, the columns settings don't save! This is referring to the Packages view in the Admin section.

Preview Feature in the GUI

For Aspera-on-cloud, I know File preview [generates a preview on the user files (videos, images, and PDFs) ] is available when S3 object stoareg is used, but I would like to also make this available for on-prem deployment of AoC.

In Faspex5, have global config option to only let Faspex Managers able to create new acconts. Not Shared Inbox Admins, if the option to let them do this is enabled. Or the option to disabled this right for Inbox admins

For us, only Faspex managers receive the training to have these extra rights. We don't want someone getting the ability to create users without this. And we want to avoid for instance a customer being able to create new accounts if setup as Shared...
