Add MQ Installation Type to the "dspmqver" command

To be able to identify the Type of MQ product installed i.e. Client or Server by executing the command "dspmqver". The "dspmqver" command lists various information about an MQ installation but does not indicate what type of MQ install it is.

Improved OCSP configuration
