    Partial deployment support for Map service

    Currently Deployer does not support Map service asset as partial deployment using deplpyer. This creates issues as these assets need to be moved from lower to higher environments. Pls add this support.

    Content-length header is omitted in IBM APIC if the response body is empty

    When the response from backend is empty, we are getting content-length=0 from backend system, However that header is been omitted by IBM APIC and in the final APIC response headers that header is missing completely.
