Allow a character indicating generic value to be used in the first qualifier of MQ security profiles in RACF

The idea is to use a '*' character in the profile's first qualifier to simplify the creation of security profiles and reduce the number of defined profiles. Example: QMT*.NO.CONTEXT.CHECKS

Currently, the IBM MQ Console does not support replicated data queue managers. However user needs IBM MQ Console to manage RDQM , at least to see the queue manager status.

Channel authentication rules can currently be view by poeple with the minimal OAM access.

We found that users with minimal OAM access set(users that should only have access to view certian queue manager objects) have the access to view the channel authentication rules set on the queue manager. With this names of the admin users.
