    gcc 4.8.6 support

    IIB 10 supports SLES12 SP2, however gcc 4.8.6 which is included in SLES12 SP2 is not supported. IIB 10 only supports lower version of gcc (4.4.7) at the moment and C user defined extensions can't be developed in SLES 12 SP2.
