For Aspera Orchestrator we would like to have an API endpoint to both pause and resume workorders

It would be desirable to be able to pause all running workorders at once with a single endpoint call but also to pause a specific workorder. And same applies to resuming the workorder(s) again.

Metadata XML transferred last --- Indicator of completion.
