Subscription on Sandbox catalog is not copied when republishing (replacing product)

Subscription is deleted when product is republished to the sandbox catalog. We would expect that the subscription is still valid and can be used to test the republished APIs. As far I know this was the case in the older API Connect Version (5.x).

In API Connect 2018, While create new Product, To Set visibility with custom option requires values to be supporting free format text. Presently with drop down it will allow only consumers orgs available in the current catalog ie Sandbox.
