Industrialize API connect logging

To be able to do good monitoring and threat detection as well as providing proof afterwards we need to enhance the way APIC logging is. In short, there should be a standardised structure of the log files and clear explanations of the strucutre and the different possible events in order for customers to parse, understand and evaluate log events.

Decide on a good standard structure of the log to categorize event according to category (security, audit, business event, user event, system error, user error, ..) , severity, source and document it publically.

For each event allocate a unique event number and provide documentation on what events mean and potentionally ow the should be used or fixed.

Provide an overview of the important events that have a system wide impact. Clearly describe the security events, high level adminstration actions, ... that need high attention when they happen or happen multiple times etc...

Provide a way to selectivly offload parts of the logs according to specific needs (audit trail, security, topology changes log, ...)

Potentially provide good templates to integrate with log (processing) tools like ELK and QRADAR.
