Regarding Point 1: In notification email, we get an URL like "https://manager.af70-f6a3e09d.us-south.apiconnect.cloud.ibm.com/xxx" which requires an additional login. Instead of IBM host name, if you can provide the customer specific IDP Url that will help us to login using SSO.
I'm not clear on what point 1 means - is it possible to elaborate on the use case for this part?
The second part of this makes sense, and doesn't appear to be possible today in the notificaiton template options.
