Provide Built-In Connectivity Testing / Troubleshooting Tools in ACE SaaS Model

Hi Team,

In the current ACE SaaS model, there is no built-in feature available to perform basic connectivity or network troubleshooting (such as telnet-style connection tests, port checks, or endpoint reachability tests). When the network team whitelists a new endpoint or port, we are required to develop a temporary message flow solely to test the connection. This approach is time-consuming, inefficient, and not ideal for simple validation tasks.

In comparison, IBM DataPower appliances provide a dedicated troubleshooting page where users can quickly test connectivity to external systems without deploying any code. Having a similar capability in ACE SaaS would greatly simplify and streamline the verification process.
