Add a feature to integrate with a password fault (like CyberArk) to pull the credentials for ODBC/JDBC authentication

We have worked with IBM to create a feature in WebSphere Application Server that uses the CyberArk agent to retrieve credentials from CyberArk for JDBC authentication, rather than pointing to encoded passwords stored in the local file system that can be easily decoded. This does not meet modern security standards. We also have the issue of multiple data centers having different local files containing the credentials. We have to shut down services from all data centers using the same credentials while we rotate the passwords, or the outdated password will lock the accounts. We request that IBM add this feature to ACE and MQ.
