Dynamic update of Database password change in app connect intergration server without restart.

No  business downtime or intruption after database password change. All customers will benefit with this feature - dynamically update the database  password without restart of Integration server or integration node.
How it will be implemented?
The database password should be stored in the cache or memory and it should get refreshed during database password update, at the same time the integration server should pickup the database credentials from the cache or memory.

With IIB 10, there was no need to restart the integration server, however in ACE v11 onward we need to start integration server.
