WMB/IIB - extend mqsicvp to include JDBC and FTP/SFTP connection test

Extend the mqsicvp command to allow ad-hoc testing of the broker's access to the file transfer source/destinations. The -n operand would be the name of the FTP configuration service definition. Also allow the use of JDBC config service connections.

The broker would then perform the same access as a file node would do, in order to verify the FTP/SFTP connection information is correct and that the correct id and password (or SSH keys) have been configured to allow the broker access.

This same concept might be applied to other configurable service definition types to further improve the brokers managability. Such as JDBC definitions, JMS bindings, LDAP and so on.

JDBC would be especially important to add ASAP.

Thank you for raising this requirement. We recognise that this would be a valuable aid to ensuring that the configuration of a remote resource is valid without having to exercise a flow. We have in the past enhanced mqsicvp to check a broader range of ODBC configuration issues and have added support for SSL configuration checking. We will continue to expand capability in this area in response to "hotspots" where we see a large number of configuration issues in the field however we do not have any items currently in plan for the immediate future. We will carry this requirement forwards to "Uncommitted Candidate" status to reflect this.
