The ability to quiesce connections to the TCPIP server node

The ability to quiesce connections to the TCPIP server node. Specifically, a command or procedure to instruct the TCP/IP connection manger to reject the establishment of new client connections, while still allowing already established connections a suitable interval (possibly specified by a 'time to live' parameter?) to complete in-flight work before also terminating in a controlled way

RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Under Consideration. Despite the product landscape changes which have occurred in the intervening period since this RFE was raised, the socket-connection-manager component still exists in the product for controlling the connections of the sort discussed here. You can use the ACEv11 REST API to query the connections of this manager (GET /apiv2/servers/{server}/resource-managers/socket-connection-manager). At such a point in the future where we consider implementation of this request, it would likely be offered as a new non-CRUD POST action for the socket connection manager. We note that this RFE has only gathered a single vote in support despite being open for a long period, but we acknowledge that it would bring value to the product so we will continue to monitor. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
