Have xml.xsd as IBM supplied message model in the toolkit

The toolkit has multiple predefined xsds available as IBM Supplied message models. Not all are IBM/ACE specific, for instance shema.xsd is also provided.

Having http://www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd also as IBM supplied message model can alos be of help, for instance for the use of attribute xml:lang.

Idea review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this suggestion, but unless we've misunderstood, we think we have this capability already(!) In the ACEv12.0.8.0 Toolkit I went to the menu File > New > Message Model ... Then choose "Other > IBM Defined" (the last radio button at the bottom of the wizard) ... and hit Next and choose "Create an XML schema file by importing an IBM supplied definition") ... hit Next ... then you'll see two groupings ... "IBM supplied message models" and "IBM property defaults for DFDL models" ... from within IBM supplied message models, pick "XML Schema" and hit Finish and you should have xml.xsd in your workspace.
