Idea Review. It should be noted that ACE support procedure follows the IBM wide standards regarding running within virtualized environments (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/server-virtualization-policy-ibm-software). Additionally for ACE we also have this policy … "The IBM App Connect Enterprise on-premises installation is supported on any virtualized environment that presents an operating system image that is compatible with those operating systems described in supported system requirements, which includes Docker." [https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/system-requirements-ibm-app-connect-enterprise-120]. We don't intend to extend these statements to new technologies, but given the technology and above statements mentioned we'd be surprised if this has been a barrier to receiving support through the service channel.
