SFTP Endpoint feature to use Key File

Please refer to the similar RFE that was raised by other customer in 2019: https://integration-development.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/APPC-I-596

In latest App Connect Professional v7.5.5 IFIX 026 IBM upgraded our SFTP library to ensure secure ciphers are used and deprecating old / unsecure ones.

This is causing connection issue as SFTP server is old and not accepting newer ciphers. We do have another SFTP server we can switch to, but this SFTP server requires the senders public key, it will not accept password for authentication.
