Dear Brian,
FYI.
I opened a case for it.
Case number
TS009886366
I can't thank you enough.
Best Regards.
KJ.
Please refer to IBM Case No. : TS009718163
Shares does not expose a way to change the password complexity requirement. Shares is going through redesign that will be in a future release that should allow password complexity configuration but that is not released yet.
Dear Brian,
Would you please give any information how to make a code change to the Shares code to change the set length?
If you can provide more information, I can open a new case for to change the set length.
Your support and information is highly appreciated.
Thanks and best regards.
Sincerely.
KJ (KyoungJin LEE)
Hi - If you leverage SAML, you can configure the password length and complexity to your requirement. This would be the most elegant method. You can also, make a code change to the Shares code to change the set length. Please reach out to Support if you have questions.
