Variable Parsing in Simple Parameter Lookup Table when using parameter file

When using a lookup table step where the parameters are in a file, any variables referenced in the table do not appear as an input.

E.G.

Suppose a parameter file has the following contents:

source_path:::destination_node:::destination_path

incoming\provider_a:::server_london:::incoming\from_provider_a

<%=some_variable%>\provider_b:::server_nyc:::incoming\from_provider_b

incoming\provider_b:::server_fra:::incoming\from_provider_c

incoming\provider_d:::server_de:::incoming\from_provider_d

The string <%=some_variable%> is not parsed by the plugin as expected, meaning there is no input parameter some_variable . Thus, the variable is simply a string.

However, if the table were stored within the application directly, the variable would be available as an input parameter.
