[Aspera Shares] Add a configuration option to hide product name and version in UI for security enhancement

Background & Problem:
In Aspera Shares environments exposed to the public internet, the product name and version information are currently displayed in the UI (e.g., in the footer).
From a security perspective, exposing specific version information to the outside world significantly increases the risk of vulnerability-targeted attacks. Attackers can easily identify the system and exploit known vulnerabilities specific to that version.

Currently, as a workaround to hide this information, we have to manually modify (comment out) the source files (such as `_footer.html.haml`). However, this is not a sustainable solution because the files are overwritten during every product upgrade. Manually re-applying this fix after every upgrade creates a high operational burden.

Proposed Solution:
We request a new feature in Aspera Shares that provides a system configuration option (either via the Admin UI toggle or a configuration file parameter) to easily hide or show the product name and version information across the application.

Business Value:

  1. Enhanced Security Posture: By masking the version information, administrators can effectively mitigate the risk of targeted attacks, allowing for safer deployment in public-facing environments.
  2. Reduced Operational Burden: Eliminating the need for manual file modifications during upgrades will save time, reduce maintenance costs, and prevent human errors.

This feature would greatly benefit all enterprise users deploying Aspera Shares over the internet by helping them meet strict security compliance requirements. Please consider this for a future release.
