All: Aspera multi-session Product Integration

Now that HSTS supports multi-session transfers:

Please integrate this into various products. Currently it's in Aspera Connect when uploading to Web applications. Node API and can be used with ascp (multiple calls):

Currently if an end user is not transferring with a web UI. There isn't a way to use --multi-session via GUI. Please look to add this into:
Default it on in HSTS asprea.conf for all transfers
Add it to Aspera Console Smart Transfers
Allow Connect Plugin - Account connection sync jobs to use it

Note that the command line utility ascli does support multisession since a long time.
