Urgently need support for .net managed mode advanced message security

Here are the links that explain AMS support in .NET
http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/mqams/v7r0m1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.mqese.doc%2Ftroubleshooting%2Ftroubleshooting_netsupport.htm

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSFKSJ_7.5.0/com.ibm.mq.sec.doc/q014660_.htm?lang=en

The current limitation is that AMS is not supported for .NET managed mode. This is not useful for almost all our .NET applications since we rely on end to end transactions using managed mode.

    Product - IBM MQ

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere

This is something we will consider for future updates to the .Net classes. However it would depend on suitable infrastructure being available from the core .Net implementation, in the same way as the SSL functions are exposed. It is not clear whether Microsoft's classes provide sufficient function; that would need to be investigated before any decision would be made. In the meantime, the MQ V8 .Net classes do now support SSL in managed mode, and you might consider using that in conjunction with the channel interceptor for AMS that runs inside the SVRCONN channel.

At present message level security in MQ .NET is provided via Unmanaged mode. In managed mode, only channel level security is provided. To provide message level security via managed mode, we will need an implementation that mimics the the implementation in unmanaged mode.

At a high level, this requirement is implementable but requires some deep investigations to determine the level to which we can mimic message level security in unmanaged mode. Message level security implementation will depend on security implementation in .NET Framework. The security implementation in .NET Framework differs from GSkit implementation.

This requirement is marked as "Recognized".
