MQ Console - Authentication to a remote Queue Manager

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

With MQ Console, when configuring a remote Queue Manager, you can specify the user and password for logging in. This is even mandatory if the remote Queue Manager requires user/password authentication.

This poses a number of problems:

- it's impossible to specify a specific account at the time of connection, which would enable differentiated rights on the remote Queue Manager.

- obligation to destroy and recreate the configuration for the remote Queue Manager in the event of a password change.

In addition, the connection to the remote Queue Manager attempts to establish itself as soon as MQ Console starts up, which is not necessarily the desired behavior.

We need a configuration mechanism similar to MQ Explorer:

- Automatic or on-demand start of connection to remote Queue Manager

- Choice between providing a user/password at configuration time or at connection time.

- It must be possible to edit these parameters after configuration.
