Currently it is possible to setup a watch folder using the APIs or aswatchfolderadmin with a JSON payload, pulling from a remote ATS cluster. While technically possible to set up it is not currently possible to configure this in the HSTS/TE GUI.

This is beneficial to cloud (AWS) users who use mechanisms like CloudFormation to build Faspex with minimal human interaction. This capability should be built into the Faspex installer so custom scripts do not have to be used for install automation.
