    Move DPMON Data to a non-Temporary Directory

    DPMON Data is currently stored in the Temporary directory. By moving it to a non-Temporary Directory, it will be preserved during a reboot of the appliance. This will give more insight on the DataPower utilization at the time of the reboot.
