    Support pull watch folders with ATS cluster as remote source in GUI

    Currently it is possible to setup a watch folder using the APIs or aswatchfolderadmin with a JSON payload, pulling from a remote ATS cluster. While technically possible to set up it is not currently possible to configure this in the HSTS/TE GUI.
