For clustered API Connect solutions, a mechanism to detect out-of-sync subscriptions and products is needed. This mechanism should provide alerts or reports highlighting discrepancies between clusters. While such discrepancies shouldn't occur, they have (see TS017855739 for details). Ideally, the API Connect solution should include self-healing capabilities.

Hi again, Aaron. Thank you again for looking into our request. However, the information provided does not fully address our needs.
We have encountered instances where users follow the standard process to migrate subscriptions from one version of an API product to the next, yet these changes do not replicate in the gateways of one of the data centres within our 2 DC solution. This issue has been reported and discussed at length within PMR ticket TS017855739. You can even get additional information by getting in touch with Stuart Tuck from IBM. While this issue can be resolved by removing the subscription and re-adding it, we believe that the API Connect solution should inherently possess the capability to ensure synchronisation between both the Manager and Gateways. It should either report any discrepancies or automatically rectify any identified mismatches.
This matter has been escalated to Chris Phillips from IBM, who will be reviewing our server infrastructure. Nonetheless, we strongly believe that the V10 solution should have the ability to self-heal so users do not get impacted by this issue.
Hope this makes sense. Let me know if you need any additional information.
Best regards,
Carlos
Hi Carlos,
We recently added a new capability called Config Sync to API Connect, and it became Generally Available and fully supported in APIC 10.0.8. Config Sync replicates consumer org details, including subscriptions, between instances of API Connect for disaster recovery and other HA scenarios. Information about this capability can be found here: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/api-connect/10.0.8?topic=imac-using-config-sync-replicate-consumer-side-catalog-data
We think this addresses your request, but we'll leave this open for a bit and give you time to respond.
Thanks,
Aaron
