Idea / RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this idea has been in the status of Uncommitted Candidate / Future Consideration. Unfortunately on this occasion we have decided not to take this suggestion further forward. Although this request has been open for 9 years now, it has only gathered a single vote. Taking this evidence in combination with less of a strategic emphasis on Web Services and WS-* standards in general (compared to REST APIs for example), then unfortunately on this occasion we will be closing the RFE.

Thanks for raising this requirement, and I agree that a persistent quality of service would be a great addition to the existing WS-RM support. The next opportunity we have to look at WS-RM we'll investigate this, maybe using caching technology that would additionally allow data to be shared between groups of brokers, and thus allow another broker instance to resume the RM conversation after such a failure.
