Our team uses IBM Integration Bus for different use-cases in enterprise integration.
It strange to find out that IBM Integration Bus do not support common Oracle feature (DataGuard) so it causes support teams to switch database connectivity manually during default governance processes.
Detailed described in PMR 02015,889,889
Oracle DataGuard described here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oracle_Data_Guard

RFE Review. As part of our policy for regularly reassessing aged RFEs we have recently discussed this enhancement request again. The support limitation in this area appears to be due to the requested feature being a facet of the Oracle Type 2 JDBC driver rather than Type 4. ACE/IIB does not use Type 2 drivers and we have no scope to change this policy at this stage. Given this, and the historical level of popularity of this request, unfortunately on this occasion it has been decided that we won't be taking this idea further forward.
RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Under Consideration. We acknowledge that formal support for this Oracle feature for a subset of IIB/ACE users would bring additional value. Whilst not likely to be prioritized soon, we will continue to monitor this RFE. The status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
