AoC: Use customer email template for shared inbox

I have had a call open with Support for a while and while the functionality is there it appears the current implementation does not support my scenario:

I have a team that use a shared Inbox, however when they send a Package they do not want to it to come from their personal email they want it to come from the Shared Inbox.

I created a email template for this Shared Inbox however it seems when you send to an individual's email address it will always use whatever it set for the Workspace template rather then the Shared Inbox. IBM Support have confirmed this after testing it with me.

This is causing me quite the issue with departments that need have shift workers especially if there is an issue with a Transfer and then the client emails someone who is off shift.
