    Hi team,

    It has been 1.7 years and we are still waiting for an update from IBM on this. During this time, we encountered a customer who had a requirement that was very similar to this one. We explained that Aspera applications are unable to have email notifications for async functionality. If you want to review the exact requirement, please refer to the case ID TS014161873. Please give this top priority and assist customers in turning on this functionality in next versions.

    Hi Behn,

    Its not about Drive mobile application but the drive software for windows& macOS. Once begins syncing user able to receive notifications for Sync started, completed and error (if any) . Yes, we have used Aspera Console for advanced rulesets. But the same happening with drive when "transferring" file instead of syncing

    Hello Hemanth! Thank you for reaching out with this idea.
    I have a couple questions to clarify what you would like.
    1. You are expecting Drive mobile to send an email once it begins syncing, or once it ends?
    2. Are the advanced rule sets done using the Aspera CLI or something else?
    3. Do you also use Aspera Console?
