This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Please see the Log Target screen, and the Event FIlters tab. Adding a single subscription filter means that the subscribed categories on tab 5 are silently ignored (even though at least one is needed to be present for the filtering to work, it is however ignored). This may be intended behaviour however it has the shortcoming that a user cannot slect one event X from a desired category D along with their usual categories A, B, C. Instead they have to accept the whole of the new desired category D and suppress what they dont want from it with a large number of suppression filter entries referring to everything in D except X. Additional point: further exclusions would need to be made as IBM add more event codes.
Suggestion, please make the subscription filter be either inclusive or (default as its current behavior) exclusive. Meaning either
add X to all of A,B and C and show that OR just show me X and nothing from A, B or C
Perhaps a radio button? Or a default unchecked checkbox?
