The queue manager tries to do as few a name server lookups as possible, and they are normally fast. It's unlikely having multiple name server TCBs would be particularly useful apart from if there is an issue with the DNS server, and in that case it would be better to fix the DNS server.
This could add support for multiple TCBs but in general I don't think it would be useful. As a result I'm declining this idea. While declined the idea can still be voted, and commented, upon.
