Faspex file obfuscation is a global server setting. We have divisions that wants it but for others we can't use it. It should be configurable per Shared Inbox.

Clients can then decide based on needs which division/team can use it, like for Encryption-at-Rest.

Parameter to change pub.client:smtp `transportLayerSecurity` value globally

certain topics live very long (I.e. for regulatory reasons) yet the old events get rarely read, it would be good to have a mechanism to have these older events moved to cheaper storage to reduce the cost of long lived topics.
