HSTS: Add to support new clone os of rhel.

The CentOS development and release policy changed last year.CentOS 8 is no longer a rhel clone OS.So I think aspera need to support rhel's latest clone OS like Almalinux and Rocky Linux. Please consider addtional supporting new clone OS.

In an ongoing trigger such as a timer, that can have multiple rules, it would increase utility to have the trigger pass on an indication of which rule was triggered. This would enable a single timer to be put to multiple uses.
