AoC: Expand stored reports to show event details including all files in each trasnfer

We'd like to export reports that detail all the files in each transfer. Currently only the first file is shown for each transfer.

Faspex5: Extend Message Limit when sending Aspera Packages

Messages to recipients are limited to 400 characters when sending packages. The limit is low resulting in communication errors. I'm requesting for the limit to be extended or configurable by the admins.

Async should resume where it was stopped. Start scanning from the beginning will usually waste time, and in the case of large buckets, it could be many hours before transfer actually resumes.
