Catalog owner should be able to change dashboard in developer portal

The default dashboard in developer portal does not provide the necessary information we want to present to our portal users. Therefore we would like to define a dashboard in API-Manager/Analytics and then assign this dashboard to a catalog. This would allow us to customize the dashboard in dev portal.

The ability to customize which analytics harts are displayed to API consumers in a Developer Portal has been added and delivered as part of API Connect v10.0.5.5 https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/api-connect/10.0.5.x_lts?topic=overview-whats-new-in-latest-release-version-10055

What's new for Developer Portal site administrators

Ability to configure the analytics chart views in the Developer PortalYou can now configure which analytics charts of API data are displayed to API consumers in the Developer Portal. Previously, if access to analytics data is granted, API consumers see all of the default charts of application and organization analytics data, including API statistics, response times, and error information. Now, you can configure which charts are displayed to your API consumers, by using the Configuration > System > IBM API Developer Portal Consumer Analytics menu in the Developer Portal UI.
