Remove comments from ESQL code during compilation

When a message flow and associated ESQL is compiled using BAR file builder, the comments in the ESQL are not removed. This increases the size of the BAR file especially when there is lot of documentation for common modules which is referenced in multiple modules.
These comments should be removed when the message flow is compiled into .cmf file. Addtionally, for debugging, a flag can be provided to allow user to choose or discard the comments.

Idea / RFE Review. We are still maintaining a watching brief on this ite,. We note that the situation here is much better mitigated than when this idea was initially created what with the move to source deploy whereby there is less duplication of shared esql libraries. That said, we still see value in the item which could also be useful in circumstances where sensitive information needs to be removed from comments. Idea is maintained in status Future Consideration.

RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Information Provided. Whilst probably not a great inhibitor to the vast majority of users, we acknowledge that this would enhance the product. Although this has not proven popular in terms of user votes, despite being open several years, we will continue to monitor. Status of RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
