This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Thank you for taking the time to raise this enhancement request and apologies for the delay in updating its status. We agree this would be a good enhancement for the product. Currently, a user can scale an integration runtime down to zero replicas but this presents unfortunate usability in the dashboard because the IR will appear on its tile as having 0/0 replicas yet also be classified as in "Ready" state, with a warning presented that the API is not currently accessible. We would like to change this behaviour and present start/stop menu options. When in stopped state the tile should show 0/3 replicas in state of Stopped. As part of the same feature we may also expose a new status for Hibernate use cases. Status of the idea is updated to Future Consideration. [IBM internal reference note appconnect-planning 3669]
