Allow user to optionally specify a queue manager when creating a local Integration Server in the toolkit

Add an option in the "Create and start a local Integration Server" wizard to specify a local queue manager to be associated with the TEST_SERVER being created. If the user specifies a queue manager, then add the appropriate definition into the server.conf file in the overrides directory. This would be very useful when spinning up a local Integration Server to develop and test a flow that will be MQ based and eliminate the need to configure this post-creation.

Idea / RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this enhancement request, which we agree would constitute a nice little usability enhancement when utilising the ability to create a local independent integration server from within the Toolkit. Internally, we have discussed this area before, and we are aware that there are a vast number of properties of integration servers which potentially could be viewed in a similar fashion to this request ... and there comes a point where the process would become inefficient to expose all of these options in the UI. Of course, you can also easily edit the server.conf.yaml and restart the server to pick up changes, so there is also a relatively easy workaround to achieve what you're after. Despite these reservations, we acknowledge that the use of an associated queue manager is sufficiently widespread to justify serious future consideration of the suggestion whose status is updated accordingly.
