This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thank you for taking the time to raise this idea, and apologies for the length of time before replying. The ACE architecture has moved on a bit in this functional area since the versions of the product referenced in the request. In ACE12 we are more focussed on the contents of a specific integration node as opposed to a generalised single backup of data spanning multiple nodes. Within this scope, it would make sense for us to back up files which are configuration related to the integration node in question. Using this as a yardstick to measure the items referred to in the request, the example of keystore files would be valid ... but the whole of the workpath (not the work directoru of a specific node) would not. We add these comments to qualify the likely usecases and areas of interest to us at the point that this should become a business priority for us. For now the status of the request is updated to Future Consideration.
