allow mqsibackupbroker to back up other folders and files in integration node work directory

our shop supports IIB 10 and 10.1 on both distributed and mainframe platforms, the current mqsibackupbroker command only backs up a few main folders in the integration node work directory, for instance, components, and registry, but excludes files such as ENVFILEs for the integration node and all integration servers which are a crucial part of our backup. other than that we also have ITX\WTX directory for IBM FTM and keystore files in the work directory. we hope mqsibackupbroker can provide an option to allow us to do a full backup of the whole work directory.
