Add a new RunFirst input node for message flows

The idea is to have a flow input node that is automatically triggered upon flow start up. This flow instance must run to completion before any other flow input nodes are activated. The intent is to have a way to execute some code before "normal" flow processing runs. This code may access a file or userdefined policy to set some runtime configuration in shared variables. Or it might do some cleanup work (i.e. delete an existing output file); send a monitoring alert message; send a trigger to an upstream application notifying it that the flow is ready for work; or any other tasks that need to be completed when the flow starts.

Idea / RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this suggestion. At first glance, this sounds similar in concept to the startup script option which is provided through server.conf.yaml, but this idea has the further added advantage of being able to exploit ACE flow capabilities rather than just rely on scripting functionality... this would enable users to execute flow specific function such as priming Shared variables in memory or retrieving tokens to be used later when invoking 3rd party services. Some of these use cases would require us to also block other input nodes in the flow from starting until such time as the flow branch from the RunFirst node has finished. Status of the idea is updated to Future Consideration.
